The house is close to the forest, which is filled with beautiful lakes, and it is a 3-minute drive from Silkeborg's most beautiful lake, which you can see in the pictures. There is grass + outdoor areas, and the house has two bedrooms, a large living room + conservatory, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and toilet. There is WiFi in the house, but no TV as we invite you to enjoy peace, nature experiences, socializing and lovely conversations!

In less than 10 minutes drive is Juelsminde, a cozy coastal town, cafes and some of the area's ice cream. You can also go to Snaptun, from where ferries sail to the peaceful islands of Hjarnø and Endelave – perfect for a day trip in nature.

The ground floor starts with a very cozy entrance into a large kitchen as well as a kitchen-living room. On the other side, we have a living room with a TV and a fireplace. On the 1st floor there is a large bedroom as well as 2 children's rooms and a bathroom. There is access to the backyard directly from the kitchen as well as a large cozy outhouse. Free parking right in front of the house.

Charmerende baggårds hus i Horsens' hjerte, nær den smukke park "Lunden". Det hyggelige hus på 39 m2 byder på alt det nødvendige med et fuldt udstyret køkken, stue, badeværelse og soveværelse. (Huset er helt privat) Haven deles med ejendommens øvrige beboere. Parkering er gratis i kvarteret. Vi har reserveret en plads til jer 500 meter derfra hvis privat plads ønskes. Afstand til f.eks. Strøget: 500 meter. Horsens sygehus - 900 meter. Banegården 1,5 km. Langelinje (Horsens bystrand) 1,3 km.

Boligen er en del af en 3-længet gård med egen indgang og lukket have med tilhørende terrasse. Boligen ligger i landlige omgivelser med udsigt over marker men tæt ved indkøb og Silkeborg by. Boligen ligger helt op ad landevejen men har lydisolerede vinduer. Men støj fra trafik må forventes- særligt i hverdagene, hvor der kører lastbiler og traktore og ved høsttid.
