Our home is located near the heart of Loveland, making it so you are within good proximity to Fort Collins, Greeley, Estes Park, & the mountains while still being surrounded by many restaurants & shops. New amenities/goodies always being considered and added!

This beautifully remodeled Old Town home is only 3 blocks from the heart of Old Town Fort Collins. Park your car at the house and walk to all of the shops, restaurants, breweries and nightlife! Located on the most prestigious street in Old Town, Mountain Avenue. You could spend hours people watching from the huge front windows as the walkers, bikers and the historic trolley car go past. The property features a well-stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, gas fire pit, deck, patio, hot tub, pull-through driveway, paddleboards, and a kayak! Enjoy our local Horsetooth Tavern for food and music, or head into Old Town Fort Collins for the nightlife!

The Green House on Remington is a cozy turn-of-the-century house with new modern comforts and a convenient place to stay in Old Town. Easy walking to CSU campus, also to the downtown area with its variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The house has a spacious backyard and patio. Our recently remodeled home is a perfect getaway for all. The house is a duplex, with two working professionals living in the basement. They have their own separate entrance and do not share any spaces with you.

A modern kitchen features dark cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Natural light enters through large blinds on the window. A small dining table with two chairs is positioned beside a black cart, enhancing the functionality of the space.
