Located on the most prestigious street in Old Town, Mountain Avenue. You could spend hours people watching from the huge front windows as the walkers, bikers and the historic trolley car go past. Hop on one of our 6 bikes available and tour the town further! CSU, Lincoln Center and Poudre Trail near by.

Come stay in our super clean, cozy, newly remodeled, and private Old Town carriage house with unique outdoor kitchen! We are less than a mile from the new CSU stadium, an easy 5 minute bike ride to downtown FC, and blocks away from several coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries. Explore the area on one of our two cruiser bikes or take a drive into the mountains for a day of hiking and rafting. We have lived in FC for over 20 years and would love to help you plan your visit. Enjoy our local Horsetooth Tavern for food and music, or head into Old Town Fort Collins for the nightlife!

The Green House on Remington is a cozy turn-of-the-century house with new modern comforts and a convenient place to stay in Old Town. Easy walking to CSU campus, also to the downtown area with its variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The house has a spacious backyard and patio. Our recently remodeled home is a perfect getaway for all. The house is a duplex, with two working professionals living in the basement. They have their own separate entrance and do not share any spaces with you.
