Home was super sweet and lively but private for guests— everything as described. Would recommend for those looking for a place to rest at an affordable price.

Eva maintains a beautiful home in a great (and convenient) location. It was easy to park, easy to get in and out, and quiet, yet not secluded! Eva was easy to connect with and very responsive. I would definitely stay again when I travel to Philly.

This is a charming cottage in a beautiful garden setting. The cottage has all of the facilities that anyone would need. A brand new coffee / tea maker ( coffee and tea pods are provided); bottled. water kept in a brand new refrigerator . Glasses, mugs, disposable utensils,plates and napkins are provided as well as disposable beepers with a cover for taking your coffee/ tea along with you on your travels. There is a beautiful TV and WiFi is throughout the cottages. Instructions for use of all of the above have been provided. The cottage is immaculately clean. The owners are very helpful and responsive. Treat yourself to a stay in this cottage!

I couldn't have asked for a better first time Airbnb experience. Freda is extremely kind, friendly, and thoughtful, communicates often and effectively, and overall is just a very sincere, genuine person. The house is beautiful and clean, the bathroom is right next to the room you stay in, the bed is comfortable, and the neighborhood is lively during the day and peaceful at night. The location couldn't be better -- everything is in walking distance, with a ten minute walk landing you square in the heart of Doylestown. There's nothing I could complain about even if I tried; as someone with social anxiety, I felt completely safe and at ease during my stay. Doylestown is truly a beautiful, special place, and you couldn't be in better hands with Freda. I promise, anyone who books a stay here won't be disappointed. In fact, I recommend booking this place if you have the opportunity; you won't regret it!

Marina’s place had everything to spend a few days, the room was clean, great amenities. I stayed here for ease of parking and because I travel with my well behaved dog. Everybody here was nice and respectful. If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel this isn’t the place for you, if you’re looking for a place near the city to come home and rest after exploring, and are happy with the basic essentials then I think you’d be happy.

Andrea's place was great. Andrea and her husband were very friendly and accommodating but also gave us space when we had to run in and out. Comfy clean room and bathroom (just across the hall). Beautiful artsy home that felt like a victorian bed and breakfast. She made a delicious healthy breakfast and made us feel right at home.

it was so great that we extended a while longer. He really makes you feel right at home and has everything taken care of. His attention to detail as far as any items you make have forgotten to pack I'll bet he has ready for you. We fell in love with Zeus his GIGANTIC great dane immediately. I was a little intimidated and nervous at first because he was SO big and we had our 3 year old son with us as well but, he is the most gentle giant and is very mindful of his size and careful around everyone and within minutes they were best friends. Chris' house is beautiful and super clean. You can tell he has worked hard on it and takes pride in sharing it with others. As he should. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area. it's s a 10 out of 10 for me for sure!
