The Little House

Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea from the comfort of a cozy cottage nestled on a wooded hillside. Tucked quietly behind our modern farmhouse residence, our guesthouse offers relaxed neighborhood vibes while being within minutes of downtown Hot Springs and all of the city's main attractions. Feel free to love on our friendly cats, Tate (orange) and Sylvie (gray). We also have an Australian Shepherd pup, Heidi. She loves to visit with our guests, but can be put away if needed.

Bayou Lake House on Lake Hamilton

Spacious Lake Hamilton home on a large, quiet cove with convenient access to everything Hot Springs has to offer. Shopping, dining, Oaklawn Racing and Gaming, Mid-America Science Museum, and historic downtown are all less than 10 minutes away. This three-bedroom home is fully furnished and has all the amenities. We don’t charge extra if you bring your pet, but we ask that you only bring up to two pets. Come play on the lake or just relax and enjoy the view with a beautiful sunset.

The River House (Hot Tub/River Front)

The River House is a modern river front cabin located just north of the historic town of Hot Springs. The cabin was designed for a romantic and memorable getaway for two adults or a small family. Come enjoy time together in the cabin nestled against the river. Large glass doors allow natural light in as well as breathtaking views of the river to be seen from inside the cabin. Spend endless hours enjoying the hot tub on the covered deck with river views.

Immerse yourself in Hot Springs' architecture, art, authors and history in this spacious 3 bedroom, 1.75 bath brick home on an oversized, quiet lot, 1 block from the National Park Pullman trailhead, and 1 mile from the National Park Visitor's Center, downtown, spas, boutique shopping, restaurants, theaters, art galleries, bathhouse row and Northwoods Trails. We personally take extra measures to air and disinfect to CDC guidelines for our guests.
