It is an apartment tastefully refurbished by a famous Parisian architect. You're sure to love it. You will have access to the entire apartment, with its three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. The apartment has a washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, large fridge and freezer, ironing board, hair dryer, TV with cable…. I'm always available to guests at any time of the day or evening. The apartment is located in the Marais, one of the trendiest and busiest neighborhoods in the capital. Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian street without traffic. Sleeping is calm. The neighbourhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations!

Armchair convertible into a single bed in the living room (unfolded, the bed is 80 cm x 190 cm). Please note: there is no elevator.

Le Saint-Landry is a two bedroom flat built on two levels in the historical heart of Paris, the ile de la Cite, mostly famous for housing Notre-Dame, the Sainte-Chapelle and the Conciergerie. Seven windows, of which two face the Town Hall with the Seine in between, make the place bright. It was built in the 18th century over a 13th century vaulted anchorage on the edge of the former Port Saint-Landry which was the first harbor of the city.
