Lokal is a 6-unit boutique hotel with a focus on invisible service in Old City. Featuring six apartment-style suites, Lokal will offer guests an authentic Philadelphia experience and an escape that feels like home. The team behind the project will anticipate needs and create a high level of behind-the-scenes service. In doing away with many of the trappings of a traditional hotel, Lokal seeks to provide a unique connection with the city without sacrificing the comfort and care travelers expect.

The space
While Tina Fey may be our favorite funny Philadelphian, this two bed unit located on our third floor is no joke. Featuring a private bedroom with a queen sized bed, as well as a second queen located in the main living area. Large rear windows face the rear of the building, away from the hustle and bustle of the street.

The main living area hosts a leather couch and tv, full kitchen, island with seating for two and dining room table with seating for four.

Our fully tiled bathroom showcases an oversized walk in shower, beautiful claw foot tub, plush towels and robes, and local soaps and lotions.

A few days prior to arrival, guests will be provided their check-in instructions that include a personalized 4-digit access code.

Other things to note
Parking located 1/2 block away for additional fee ($25 per night at last quote). We can not accommodate new profiles that do not meet AirBNB's minimum guest requirements.
