The Cozy Suite is a luxurious apartment located in Leamington, Ontario. Situated just steps from the sandy shores of Seacliff Beach and Park, it offers breathtaking views and unbeatable convenience. Boasting all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Offers easy access to popular attractions such as the Pelee Island Ferry, Leamington Marina, shopping outlets, and a variety of restaurants. Nearby Point Pelee National Park and 12 wineries are just a short drive away.

The space
A perfect couple's getaway! It's a strollers dream with a long sandy beach, park pathways, Leamington Dock, the marina promenade and the Marina pavilion all within an easy walk. Come back to your suite and enjoy quiet peace and relaxation as you gaze over natural areas through your large picture windows. The suite is designed with couples in mind and one child is welcome. There is a pull-out couch located in the same room as the queen bed.

Your suite has a private entrance. It has 3 rooms, a bedroom/lounge area, kitchen and bathroom for your use alone. Outside areas are shared spaces.

Other things to note
The suite is designed for couples or singles. A child is welcome as well. Not suitable for 3 adult guests. The kitchenette has a hotplate and microwave for light cooking but no oven.
