Installés sur la terrasse vous pourrez profiter dès le lever du soleil d'une vue imprenable sur le Valromey et le massif du Grand Colombier. En contrebas d'un petit village, vous êtes en proximité de notre petit parc animalier (chèvre naine, lapins, oies, canards, poules) , dans un environnement calme. Parfait pour les amoureux de la nature.

View lake 2, appartement entièrement rénové en 2022, vous offrira un magnifique panorama sur le lac d'Annecy. Son balcon exposé plein sud vous permettra d'en profiter pleinement. Idéalement situé, vous êtes à quelques mètres de la plage. Face à l'appartement, un ponton est accessible pour vos départs en paddle, canoë... Tout proche d'Annecy et de ses rues piétonnes, qui vous émerveilleront par leur vie et leur beauté. Un environnement privilégié entre le lac d'Annecy et le massif des Aravis.

For a relaxing holiday: 45€/night for 2 people, and 15 €/night per extra person, pleasant accommodation, located on the first floor of our house, in a small traditional village at 850 m altitude (see internet "plateau-hauteville" or "Champdor.jimdo"). Enjoy with your children the bathing of Champdor at 800 m. Gate for children of 3-10 years in a closed courtyard (under the supervision of parents). Access to west facing terrace. Bicycles+helmets ready for 2 adults and 1 child possible.

You want to spend a night (or more) in the middle of the forest, quiet, cool, in the middle of nature; you are in the right place! Independent apartment at the back of an old Bugiste farmhouse in the middle of the woods and fields, you will have an excellent stay with friends or family. Walks from the trail that runs along the house, discovery of the plateau of Hauteville or observation of wild animals from the balcony, you will inevitably find here something unforgettable.

Gabrielle and Benjamin welcome you to the old barn of their house that they carefully furnished to transform it into a bright 27 m2 studio. The decor is resolutely contemporary and colorful for the living room and neo-retro for the shower room. The kitchen/dining area has everything you need to heat up or cook simple dishes. Located in the hamlet of Ballon overlooking the city, it offers you calm and comfort for your stays of 2 nights minimum.

This old farm located in the heart of nature and in a peaceful area offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Only 10 minutes walk from the ski lifts, and just above the Biathlon stadium, you will be in the front row for any sporting activity.
