The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to Perrache train station and a few minutes walk to old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. Large Haussmann apartment in the center of Lyon

Explore the city from this large apartment located in a secure building with elevator. Its refined style is accentuated by the parquet flooring, moldings and high ceiling. You will sleep soundly in the courtyard room. Very quiet apartment located in the heart of the city close to everything. Very responsive to your questions, don't hesitate. The apartment is located in the heart of Lyon, on the Presqu'île, close to department stores, Place Bellecour and the city's main attractions, such as Old Lyon. Very convenient, the metro is a short walk away. Cordeliers metro station is a two-minute walk, bus stop is one minute away.

Albigny, close to the beach with parking

The apartment, completely renovated, is on the 4th floor. It has a separate bedroom and 2 balconies overlooking a large listed park. You will be 500 m from Albigny Beach and close to all the small shops in the neighborhood of the same name. For your information, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, it is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. The proposed parking is located at the bottom of the building, it is an outdoor co-ownership parking lot with free placement.

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.
