Calling groups who love the outdoors in all seasons! A perfect spot for groups with lots of space inside and out. We have 3 dining areas (1 outside), 2 living rooms and a "bunkhouse" with a TV to send the kids up to play! The house is fully stocked with bath & beach towels plus everything you need in the kitchen. Plus...cornhole, 2 stand up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes, a row boat and a splash pad! NEW in fall 2024: we've added a new dining table for ten, new mattresses and new bedding!

The beach is sandy with no sea wall & perfect for swimming! The beach and dock are shared with 3 other cabins. Relax with the whole family in this beautiful lake front home. Enjoy 83 ft. of private sandy beach boasting amazing sunrises and sunsets!! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home offers a waterfront large double lot, a sandy shoreline with zero entry beach, and no concrete seawall to hinder the use of the water for the little ones! Enjoy hanging out and grilling on the concrete patio and roasting marshmallows in the fire ring. Plenty of yard for the kids(and adults) to run and play.

The private lakefront consists of 75’ on the water, 100’ foot of dock, very sandy bottom great for swimming, bon fire pit and much, much more. This listing is for entire duplex, (2 cottages).
