What a fantastic location and top apartment, with all the comforts. Breakfast was also very well cared for. Highly recommended!

A beautiful, characteristic studio. I got eggs from their hens and something else good; specially made by their daughter :). The atmosphere is convivial and relaxed. I had a small emergency (smartphone broke and my debit card was lost) and they did their best to help me. Very thoughtful!

We felt at home from the first minute. The apartment is very modern, clean, quiet and beautiful. You have everything you need, even much more. The private garden is a great bonus. The location is perfect, in a few minutes you are right in the center. Johan sent us very useful information in advance, e.g. regarding parking, for that we are grateful. If we come back to Zutphen, then only to this apartment! Johan is a very nice and eager host. It was a very relaxing and great holiday. Thank you very much for that 🤗

Had a wonderful sisters weekend with the two of you in beautiful Zutphen. Arende's beautiful house is very centrally located. Walking distance to a cozy square with restaurants, the shops, the station and the IJssel. The apartment was very clean, and everything is available for cooking in the beautiful kitchen.
