Hello, I'm Marisol, I have restored, respecting the rural character of the building, my grandparent house located in Pasarón de la Vera , village in the province of Cáceres declared of historic interest. The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The maximum capacity is 10 people. On the ground floor there is a separate apartment (search apartment-loft in Pasaron de la Vera) with additional capacity for two adults and two children. The kitchen, dining room and siting room are large and very nice terrace full with plants with a big table and chairs. Sheets and towels are provided and beds will be ready when you arrive. Pasarón de la Vera is well situated for visits to historical paces and country excursions. It is 12 km from Cuacos deYuste (retirement place l of the Emperor Charles V), 105Km from Cáceres and 102 Km from Trujillo. It is a very green area with with chestnut and oak trees and even if summer days are hot, nights are cooler. You can do many excursions to natural pools or Monfrague Natural Park (35 km), rent canoes, horseback riding or rent a quad. In the house there are many brochures about the area, but if you need any information about where to eat or what to visit you can contact me and I will try to help you. Newly built house with two double bedrooms and one master bedroom, two full bathrooms, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a large kitchen with everything you need, a garage, and a large porch and garden with a barbecue. The house has a swimming pool for the private use of its guests. This service is offered on request and in the summer season. La Alegría de la Huerta is a rural complex with a lot of charm, located in an exclusive and protected environment: the natural park of Las Batuecas-Sierra de Francia (next to Cepeda, Salamanca). It consists of an old, renovated 20th century farmhouse and two beautiful, independent cabins. The cabins (bungalows) are two charming wooden houses that can accommodate up to 6 people. It also has a bathroom, shower, and fully stocked kitchen. There are outdoor areas with a barbecue.
