Monthly Rentals in Huai Khwang

Clean apartment. Great building and facilities. (Although the pool isn’t heated, and can be very cold). I fully used the gym, sauna (book slot at reception) and Co-working spaces. The views from the flat were great. The AC worked fine. The hot water is only available in the shower. But that seems to be common in Thailand. I had to buy some essentials like: toilet paper, dishwashing sponge, paper towels, drinking glass, forks. But I knew that already from previous reviews, so wasn’t a problem. The mall nearby is very handy. And the 7-eleven below is great. It’s easy to get to / from the airport. Around 30min depending on traffic. Yoyo was extremely helpful, responsive and would reply within minutes. Her representatives was very helpful in checking me in. I’d happily stay there again next time I’m in Bangkok for an extended period.

The apartment is great and has everything you need like washing machine and cups/plates. As others have said it’s far from everything but if you use grab bike it’s not too much of an issue. There’s a 7/11 at the end of the lane and the actual apartment building and people are nice. A quiet area to enjoy coming back too.

The room is beautiful, the bed is comfortable, the apartment is luxurious, especially the swimming pool and double-decker gym, and there are 2 super large office spaces that I can use freely. I feel that this is the most luxurious apartment building in the entire community. It is only a 3-minute walk from the subway station. There are many convenience stores and massage shops downstairs. It is very convenient to live here. I recommend it.

This place is perfect, Wannawit & Nat are the best host, they helped with very smooth check in & checkout process, they also keep me updated with Bkk earthquake and helped me clean the room, Otherwise this place is a gem, fast wifi, complete utensils (hair dryer, soap shampoo, towels, bedcover, kitchen appliances, coffee maker) good common areas (gym, pool, etc, only 5 mins walk to MRT which very helpful, easy to find food as it located near jodd fairs, lotus, central rama 9 and more No minus at all staying in place for 2 weeks, feels like home. Will definitely return to this place if I ever go back to Bangkok, very recommend for long stay
