This country craftsman schoolhouse has 4 renovated 750 Sq. ft classroom lofts, each with it's own private back entrance. I guess there's no need to tout the perks of this place, being in a park setting, totally removed from any living soul with acres and acres to stroll and explore.

Your full floor basement apt has a private entrance, two large rooms, full bath, decorative fireplace, coffee machine, mini fridge and microwave. Not a full kitchen. Private garden patio with vintage Portuguese tiles and climbing hydrangeas. Two blocks to Warren street, and a quick walk to Amtrak with free parking. Strictly NO PETS allowed! If we find evidence of a pet a $250 cleaning fee charge.

We are on a well traveled, main road. Close to everything! For nature lovers, explore the area with hikes on local trails or on a kayak down the river.
