Great place. Resort is well maintained and has a lot of amenities including mini golf. only inconvenience was the sound of flights as it is close to the airport. Special mention for the Staff - Stanley and Gautam. They took care of everything - arranged a great bbq and bonfire. they catered to all our requests and were supre friendly.

This place is common yet uncommon. Things that stood out for me: - it’s truly pet friendly, property is fenced and everyone is so kind out there. - special mention for the caretaker murti, he is such a genuine guy, his hospitality makes this place special. - the place is peaceful, Nikhil and Mohan are very responsive and kind people. If you are looking for someplace to host a get together or just a solo peaceful hangout trip, this is no doubt the best!

We had an incredible experience celebrating Holi at this amazing property! The place is spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for large gatherings. From the moment we arrived, the host was extremely helpful and responsive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. A special mention to Sham, the caretaker, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He prepared one of the best South Indian meals for us in the evening, which was an absolute delight. His hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. Overall, this place is one of the best choices for a getaway—a perfect blend of comfort, space, and outstanding service. Highly recommend!

This is the second time we stayed at X-cottage including our two pet dogs. The stay was peaceful, comfortable and it was different experience this time given the cool weather and getting to watch cloud covered hills early morning.
