Nice appartement, very cosy and renovated, résidence du Val d'Ys in Cognet, ski start at 100m, central. Very well equipped with fast WiFi and high-end appliances / bedding / furniture. Large, very bright living room facing south with balcony and beautiful view of the mountains, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms with storage, modern bathroom, separate toilet, very functional entrance hall. Ski room and reserved parking spaces for the residence

Beautiful apartment facing south. The apartment is located in the residence "Les 4 suns" at the foot of the 10-seater Alpe Express gondola (boarding station 20 meters from the apartment). The apartment has a large living room with a comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchen, small bedroom and loggia. The residence has a small U supermarket, rental shops, restaurants, caterers, a bread/tobacco press depot, a laundry, etc.

Bonjour, We are individuals and offer Studios in the POLAR BEAR residence which is ideally located in the heart of the Alpe d 'Huez resort close to shops, swimming pools, ice rink, restaurants and bars. A deposit check will be required to protect yourself from possible damage. We also have two T2s of 38 m2 and 50 m2 in a small residence in the resort center.
