Austin was super communicative which was awesome, and he even gave us option to check-in a little bit early even though we ended up not needing to. This house was so cool with many things that our guy's weekend took advantage of. Comfortable, private, clean and spacious without a doubt. I would to come bavk with friends or family. Highly recommend Austin as a host, especially with the Rose Street Retreat!

This was a really good find! I can see why it’s rarely available. Alex and Laurie were very communicative and check in at the right times. We loved this eclectic unit and would recommend this to anyone!

Abby truly is a terrific host. The home was as described, very clean and comfortable. I only regret I wasn’t able to stay longer. They were very accommodating for me and my large dog. It was very comfortable and a great place to rest on my travels. All of the common worries with staying in a new place were removed -clear instructions, very clean home, more than enough space and privacy. Well done and thank you!!

Unreal place. Made me feel like a kid camping in a treehouse again. Wish I’d been able to stay longer. Saw some reviews before booking complaining about how close the host’s house is, it absolutely was not a problem for me. The only time I really even saw it was pulling into the driveway. However, light sleepers beware there is nearby train tracks (within a mile give or take) and multiple trains went by late at night. Not a problem for me but may be for someone else.

The stay was great. House was clean, neighborhood was white and nice.

This was the 3rd time we've stayed at The Sanctuary in the past 2 years. It's comfortable and welcoming. The linens are outstanding and offer a great night's sleep. Marcus is an Iowa small town where you feel safe and welcomed. Jeff's Grocery Store although smaller than a Super Walmart has an amazing selection of items to pick from. You'd have to be pretty picky to not find what you need there. The place is very well stocked with kitchen ware and utensils. As I said, we've stay there 3 times and plan to stay many more in the future (if it's available - if you find an open time slot you better grab it!)

Super nice place. Perfect for the 2 of us. Really appreciate the hot tub. Had all we needed. Good location. Close to the downtown area as well as the airport. Teresa is super sweet and very quick to respond.

Our family had a great time and stay. Very roomy for all 6 of us plus a dog. Fenced in back yard. Great neighborhood. A lot of fun things to do nearby. Rod’s home will definitely be our place of choice next time we are in Sioux Falls. Thanks for creating such a warm and inviting atmosphere!
