Extremely welcoming and was a really relaxing stay in a beautiful location. The coach house has everything you need to make your stay warm and comfortable. Geraldine helped us with things to do in the area and provided us with recommendations, which was great for some of the lovely walks we went on. Very accommodating and hospitable, nothing was too much trouble, and any issues were resolved really quickly. She did everything possible to make our stay as easy as possible given we were in the middle of moving house and had a lot too deal with. Highly recommend a visit to Snelston and the coach house if you are visiting Derbyshire and the Peak District.

We had a fantastic stay at Emma's cottage. The place is spotlessly clean with everything you would require in the kitchen. The toiletries in the bathroom are a lovely touch. The photos do not do this place justice. Location is great to explore the area. The pub in the village was excellent and did a great dinner for us. I would thoroughly recommend this place and we will happily book again if we return to the area. Thank you so much Emma.

Our family had a lovely time at the Hay Loft. Our young children loved the covered garden and playhouse. Claire was a great host and was generous enough to show us around the farm and meet lots of the animals. we will definitely be staying again!

Had a wonderful stay with the family and was the perfect place and location. We had a toddler and this family home had lots of children toys to keep her occupied! Joshua was very responsive and immediately attended to anything that was required including promptly providing a new kettle. The cons, of which weren't many, were as mentioned previously by other guests regarding the lack of blinds in a couple of the bathrooms. No iron either just in case this is a necessity. Also as an FYI to future travellers, there is no door between the passageway and the king bedroom (or we missed this detail, so might have been an oversight from us). It is still private though! In sum, excellent host, location and a perfect family home for an extended family get together. Surrounding grounds were great too (which unfortunately we couldn't enjoy as much because of the weather!).
