Humberston Fitties is a quiet and unique conservation site offering the chance to get away from it all. Fiddly Dee is a 'non party/events' holiday home as we welcome families and pets to enjoy the superb beaches, coastal walks and the adjacent RSPB nature reserve. The Fitties beach is dog friendly all year (there are restrictions in place on Cleethorpes beach) The coastline offers excellent opportunities for the more adventurous to enjoy Paddleboarding, Kite Surfing and other water sports.

A lovely 2 double bedroom (king size beds) annex with a dining/sitting room/kitchen, which is fully fitted and includes a dishwasher and washing machine. Dedicated Wi-Fi with a Smart TV. Ample parking available. This is a totally independent property in the grounds of your host’s house, only 4 miles out of the historical City of Lincoln. The Castle and cathedral are just a fifteen minutes drive away, as are Lincolnshire show ground, Christmas market, University and Waddington airfield.

A delightful and quirky beachside chalet, on the dunes is situated in a conservation area on the unique Humberston Fitties Chalet Park. Located right on the sand dunes with direct access to long golden sands, it is the perfect place for families to enjoy a traditional seaside holiday or a bolthole for those in search of a cosy coastal retreat. Cleethorpes is an easy cycle ride or 5 minute drive away offering plenty of amenities and long promenades with ornamental gardens and a pier.

Ivy cottage, at The Elms. Marshchapel, Lincs

Ivy Cottage is a one bed detached cottage set in the grounds of the owners main property. Located in the historic village of Marshchapel in N. E. Lincolnshire, it is a 10 minute drive to the seaside town of Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire wolds and the market town of Louth. The bungalow is newly decorated with new bathroom, kitchen, furniture and carpets. It features a private patio with seating and secure private gated car parking. WiFi, TV, complementary tea, coffee and snacks.

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.

Cosy 3 bed beach chalet just a stones throw from the beautiful sandy beach with Cleethorpes a 5 minute drive away. Sitting at the side of the dunes makes this a great location for a relaxing holiday by the coast. The long sweeping beaches make for lovely walks, ideal if you have brought your dog along! (2 dogs are allowed on the site per chalet.) Relive your childhood in this quirky development of beach homes of a bygone era. Relax in the garden or do a spot of beach combing.

Forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life as you relax and unwind by the sea in our beautiful 1950's chalet. Newly renovated to include jacuzzi bath with seperate waterfall shower, spacious lounge with Smart TV, fitted dining kitchen, 2 double bedrooms one with bunk above, gardens to front and rear with off-road parking. WIFI (Can be intermittent!) A few minutes walk from a beautiful sandy beach and a minutes walk to the open top bus stop taking you into Cleethorpes.

The Paddock - an incredibly spacious bungalow

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.
