LARGE "UPSIDE DOWN" HOUSE SLEEPING UP TO 10 (MAX 8 ADULTS) AND 2 DOGS WELCOME TOO! Silversands House is a Dartmouth-style 4 bedroom house at The Bay Filey. In a front row position, it has an unspoilt view of the entire Filey Bay from Carr Naze/Brigg over to Bempton Cliffs. It is the only upside down house at The Bay to make the most of the views from the balcony off the open plan living area. It also has 2 extra camp beds (suitable for children) so it can accommodate up to 10 (max 8 adults).

A small outdoor terrace features a bistro table with two black chairs and a bowl of fruit. Potted plants and a decorative lantern add detail to the scene. The expansive view of the sea and distant cliffs is visible through open double doors, enhancing the overall space.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Beautiful village residence but only 4 miles from stunning historic York with easy public transport access. Bring your pet too, they have indoor and outdoor space and wonderful country walks in the local area. Enjoy our sunroom, a cosy space to eat in Summer or Autumn. Our local pub is on the doorstep serving excellent home cooked meals or a take away Sunday lunch. With 2 parking spaces and secure lock up lock up for mountain bikes.

The property has open plan living in a very contemporary style, a wood burner in the lounge making this very cosy. With rear bi-fold doors bringing the outside in. Front and back gardens both sun traps.

The living space is open plan with ample space for a couples retreat or family break away. In the summer months dine al fresco and enjoy a BBQ on the private patio besides the wood burning hot tub. A short walk away is our private lake, where you might catch site of a resting deer or hare!
