Even though you are less than a mile from downtown St. Charles and 4 miles to the Geneva train station you have a private area. You may see deer out your window overlooking the pool and tennis. Not suitable for children or pets.

If you’re coming for the car show in July we are just 1 block from where the car display starts. Sycamore Steam Show is approximately 7miles/15 minutes. City park is 1 block from apartment.

Basketball hoop in driveway, bags set in yard, great summertime home! Walk to Marianos/CVS/Walgreens, near it all! As of 10/20/2025, pool will be closed for the season!
