We had a second very comfortable stay.The nights were below freezing , but the cottage was warm and cosy from arrival. Highly recommend Prospect Cottage , it’s in a lovely village with the wonderful Bell inn a few steps away.

Highly recommended! We absolutely loved our stay at Debbie’s beautiful cabin — I couldn’t have chosen a better place! It was cosy, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The peaceful, secluded surroundings were just perfect — we didn’t see another person the entire time we were there which made it feel like a true escape. We even ended up changing our plans to go out one day just so we could stay in to enjoy the cabin and everything it had to offer— that’s how lovely it was! The hot tub and fire-pit was a real highlight for us and so relaxing, especially under the stars in the evening. Debbie was a fantastic host with great communication and the little treats she left for us were such a thoughtful touch. I honestly couldn’t fault a thing and would have loved to stay longer! We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much, Debbie! 🥰

The coach house was beautiful and perfect for the family time we were looking for. It was extremely clean and welcoming and smelt wonderful, (i really noticed it!) . Spacious but not too big, the layout encourages family bonding and the Trivial Pursuit Family edition is now a favourite with our girls! Hosts extremely responsive, and helpful when I wasn’t well. I really hope we get to go back!

Superb place for a quiet getaway. Although it’s an annex at the end of the house grounds, you feel so secluded. The property was very clean with peaceful surroundings.
