ISLANDER BEACH 5TH FLOOR GULF VIEW CONDO - 2BD/2BA

Islander Beach Resort is a 7-story structure of 114 condos on a short 2 mile stretch of Okaloosa Island and sits DIRECTLY on the BEACH. The building is painted aqua blue and gray, and all units overlook the ocean. There are 2 elevators and lots of parking. Guests can freely access the beach, HEATED pool, BBQ pits and parking area (a parking pass is needed from lobby). You will probably spend a lot of your time on our large private balcony overlooking the pool and beach, listening to the waves.

A spacious and inviting living area showcases a large sectional sofa adorned with blue and white accents. Natural light fills the space through expansive sliding glass doors that offer a view of the Gulf. A ceiling fan provides a refreshing breeze while a coffee table and a patterned armchair complete the seating arrangement.

This condo is open and airy with lots of natural lighting. Has balcony seating for those breezy summer nights. Free parking, beach chairs, and a laundry room offered inside unit. We also offer a huge weekly and monthly discount rate. No pets policy. No parties. No smoking inside unit.

The unit is located on Okaloosa Island, walking distance to restaurants and attractions, about 6 miles to Destin and 16 miles to Miramar Beach. 3 adult limit. Sorry, no pets. Come Mellow at the Yellow Umbrellow. A bright and cozy condo on the beach! The Yellow Umbrellow sleeps six, features a short walk to the beach, beach chair service (just let the guys know you are with Sunset Cottages 7B and you will have 2 nice chairs and 1 umbrella!), a heated pool for winter guests, WIFI and a short drive to dining and night life. We've been renting our 'home away from home' for 14 years!
