We rent out the 1st floor of our home. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room with dining area and two sitting areas, one with TV, the other with views of the Oslofjord and Oscarsborg, a private kitchen and bathroom/toilet with bathtub and washing machine. Approx. 105 sqm. The home is located in a quiet cottage area with proximity to both forest and lake. Two outdoor spaces are accessible from the apartment. Short distance to Seierstenmarka. 12 min. walk to the swimming area by the fjord. 1.5 km to the bus stop. 2 km to the city center.

Partially newly renovated cabin for rent between Filtvet and Tofte, short distance to the lake with parking space for two cars on the plot. Short walk to nice beaches and cliffs, and there are great opportunities for great trips along the coastal path or in nice hiking terrain. The cabin has several large terraces in different levels with barbecue and outdoor kitchen where you can make dinner while enjoying the view.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant place. When you enter the door, you are in the living room. With private balcony and fireplace. A sofa and a queen size bed. Take the stairs down to get to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen counter is quite small, but it has an induction top and oven. The apartment is suitable for one to two people who want to be close to hiking terrain and ski slopes. Nice starting point for trips in nature. At the same time only 30 minutes from Oslo city center with museums and restaurants.

An excellent place to get away, enjoy the peace and quiet and still only be an hour from Oslo and 45 minutes from Drammen. Beautiful beaches, or miles of trails and forest roads. Tofte, 3 minutes away, has "everything" you need, including good restaurants. Windsurfing on Storsand, and southern idyll on Holmsbu. Animals are welcome, NO smoking in the house! The cabin is conveniently located just a one-hour drive from both Oslo and Gardermoen. Its elevated position allows you to enjoy the magnificent view of Hemnessjøen, a popular lake for fishing all year round. During the summer, you can even borrow a boat to explore the lake. Additionally, there are some wonderful hiking areas in close proximity to the cabin, offering opportunities for outdoor adventures and connecting with nature.
