Our modern, very bright, approx. 70 m² ground floor apartment with a detached house character offers you an approx. 40 m² living/dining area with an open kitchen, dining area and fireplace, an office, a shower room with a walk-in shower, a separate bedroom, a large, covered terrace with a sauna and a sunken garden. The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes. The nearest supermarket is about 250 meters away. Dogs are very welcome here!

A newly covered, local thatched roof, the restoration of the old dormer and a careful approach to the expansion in order to preserve as much as possible - that was important to us and characterizes this unique building. We have completely renovated and lovingly furnished our cozy townhouse built in 1892. Old and new furniture create a cozy atmosphere. The new bright kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. A dishwasher and washing machine are provided. An open fireplace between the living room and kitchen provides additional warmth. Linens and towels are included in the price. There is a final cleaning fee of €95.
