The colorful city of Wernigerode with its cultural and culinary offerings and the beautiful half-timbered houses is within walking distance (about 10 to 15 minutes). Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

Blankenburg (Harz) is located between Quedlinburg and Wernigerode and thus offers countless opportunities to start excursions or hikes together.

For more active days, a private universal sports field and a summer tent from April to October are available, or you can take advantage of other accommodation offers. Experience nature, enjoy time out, hiking & more Idyllically located in the middle of the Harz Mountains, the old forest house Eggeröder Brunnen is the ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking and excursions in the surrounding area as well as for slowing down. The old forester's house offers you about 5000 m² of garden with spring pond, fireplace and barbecue area, plenty of open space and parking on the premises in a quiet forest location.

The 35 sqm one-room apartment "Harzchalet Emma 3" in Sankt Andreasberg was completely renovated with a lot of love for detail in 2024. The property is located in a central but quiet location. The apartment is particularly characterized by modern furnishings in a cozy chalet style as well as the magnificent view of the Matthias Schmidt mountain. The sauna invites you to relax after a busy, sporty day.

A toilet and shower (of course with warm water!) are available in the sanitary area on the property.
