The cabin has two bedrooms with double beds, as well as a double sofa bed in the main building. Bedroom 3 is in the annex. Two bedrooms can accommodate a cot/extra mattresses on the floor.

Welcome to a summer cottage in a fantastic location on Søndre Sandøy. The cabin is located a 5–10-minute walk from some of Hvaler's most beautiful sandy beaches, such as Storhavna and Gjøkvika. The property enjoys excellent sunlight from morning to evening. The cabin is nestled cosily and secludedly in the woods, about 150 metres from the sea as the crow flies. The new terraces at the front and rear of the cabin are equipped with garden furniture – ideal for al fresco dining and relaxing in the sun. On hot days, the parasol provides pleasant shade.

Enjoy lazy summer days in idyllic Utgårdskilen. Utgårdskilen is Hvaler's largest fishing port and also offers several swimming opportunities and a fantastic archipelago landscape. The cabin has lake views and sun from morning to evening, and is very undisturbed. There is a short distance to bathing areas and great outdoor areas with the coastal path on Hvaler right nearby. The cabin has three bedrooms and six beds, kitchen, living room and bathroom. The cabin has no running water and sewage, but cistern water in the kitchen and bathroom.

Water is available from a cistern that is filled by rain. Drinking water is available in the cabin. Cinderella incineration toilet. For the children: Trampoline, sandpit, private tree house with slide, zip line. Remember to bring your own bed linen/towels.

The property has sun from morning to evening, with several nice outdoor areas. Choose between sun or shade, depending on your preference. The cabin is conveniently furnished and easy to keep tidy. Everything is easily accessible, both during your stay and for cleaning on departure. This is a place for quiet and pleasant stays. NB! This is NOT a party cabin!

The 75 m² cabin has a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms (accommodating 5 guests), a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Mains electricity, water via a cistern, a real cabin experience near the sea.

You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.
