Cosy little holiday home on Spjærøy, Hvaler. Bryggerhuset is part of a former smallholding, and the hosts live in the main house themselves. Here you can enjoy quiet and peaceful days in the garden, or take a walk to the sea. Both Spjærekilen with good bathing opportunities and Kjellvika is within walking distance. Generally good hiking opportunities. Whether you want to enjoy the quiet days or want to explore Hvaler, this is a nice base. Shops approximately 5 km away. We have 7 happy hens that are partly free-range.

Approximately 20 minutes' walk away, the cabin is beautifully located on the hill of Røveråsen, which offers a fantastic view of the fjord and the strait towards Skjærhalden, Kirkøy and Nordre Sandøy, AND first-class sunlight from morning to evening. In the cabin there are 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, and in the annex there are 4-6 beds.

"Bua" in maritime surroundings!

Welcome to "bua" at Hvalstrand jetty! Bua is a pleasant little cabin located at Hvaler's perhaps most charming marina. It's quiet and peaceful here, and at the same time you get a taste of boating life. Bua is located next to the boat docks, so you can expect to meet people who are on holiday in their boats. There are bathing facilities on site with bathing steps at the end of the jetty. The surroundings consist of a lot of beautiful nature with forests, trails and mountains. Large living room with open-plan kitchen. Very sunny and sheltered. Parking on the property. Three bedrooms, one with a 180 cm bed, one room with a bunk bed (2 sleeping places) and a room with a 120 cm bed. There is no mains water supply to the cabin. Water is available from a cistern that is filled by rain. Drinking water is available in the cabin. Cinderella incineration toilet. For the children: Trampoline, sandpit, private tree house with slide, zip line. Remember to bring your own bed linen/towels.

Holiday apartment by the lake, Hvaler

From this apartment centrally located on Hvaler, you have immediate proximity to the lake and great archipelago nature. At the marina there are guest places for boats for a fee (guests must check for availability) This is an excellent starting point for paddling, surfing or other water sports activities. Ytre Hvaler National Park, with great hiking areas and coastal trails, is about 1 km away. There is also a small sandy beach 100 m from the house. There is a kiosk, restaurant and marina in the area.

Welcome to our family cabin on beautiful Søndre Sandøy on Hvaler. Enjoy peaceful surroundings, sea views and sunshine all day long. Only a few minutes' walk to the jetty, Svaberg and great hiking opportunities. The popular Stuevika with its sandy beach and long shallow water is also nearby. The 75 m² cabin has a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms (accommodating 5 guests), a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Mains electricity, water via a cistern, a real cabin experience near the sea.

Seaside cabin with a large jetty

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.
