The Dučac is a very addictive sandy beach away from people and featuring crystal clean water. The cottage(off-grid) is about 80 meters away from the beach. There is plenty of outdoor space. Kitchen, bathroom, outdoor shower, grill... Electricity supplied by solar panels is the source of electric power. One can also use a small 220V\300W inverter available to charge phones, laptops... Fridge and stove are powered by gas. The water is rainwater, but a water pressure system is installed.

On the second floor, we renovated all three bedrooms, bathroom, and living room. All doors and windows are replaced.
