Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° water views, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

In one house there is a kitchen-living room, living room and toilet and in the other house there is a bedroom, room and bathroom. Cozy private south-facing garden with table, benches and garden chairs. Free parking is available in front of the house. It takes less than 15 minutes to walk to Hvidovre station and 30 minutes to the center of Copenhagen by train. There is always organic coffee in the house

Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. The price is based on two guests. For additional guests, there is an extra fee of 500 SEK per night per person. If you are bringing dogs, there is a fee of 500 SEK per dog for the entire stay.

Huset ligger 600 m til en badestrand og 200 m til supermarkeder. Togstationen er 150 m fra huset. Togene kører til København hver 10. minut. Togturen til indre København tager 20 min. Togturen til lufthavnen tager 40 min. Oplader til elbil 25 m fra huset. Gratis parkering ved huset. Der er udendørs trampolin fra 21 april og til og med efterårsferie.

From here you can jump in the canal for a swim (either in summer or winter), go for a walk/run in nature next door, or enjoy local restaurants, cafes and local shops. The home is 10 minutes away from the center by bike or by bus. You can also take the public boat that cruises through the city and goes to the beautiful Nyhavn.

There is a cozy garden from which the sun can be enjoyed. There are good opportunities for daily shopping. Private parking. Final cleaning is included in the price, but you must empty the trash cans and refrigerator before departure. The trampoline that appears in a photo from the garden no longer exists.

Ålabodarna Seaside is a wonderful small house right by the sea in the picturesque fishing village south of Helsingborg. Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep.
