Family friendly house and garden!

Our old family home is located Hvidovre (suburb 7 km from CPH). The neighbourhood is quiet and enjoyable with a local park just down the road. Public busses are 200m walk away and connect to trains or take you straight to Copenhagen Central Station. You can easily leave your car in our carport. 200 m walk will take you to the local supermarket. Because of the war in Ukraine and to take care of the environment we have closed down the use of gas in the house and use in stead solar energy to heat the water and heat the house with a heat pump. This mean that our tap water is cold, but don't worry you will be able to take a hot shower with the water heated by solar energy. We will give you the easy instructions on how to. The house's central room is a big living room with dining table, grand piano and an open kitchen. There is an additional living room with TV. 2 double bedrooms - 1 with a baby cot. Connected to kitchen/living room is a covered terrace with seating. Great for dinners in good weather or to have a coffee whilst listening to the sound of rain. The garden has a wooden terrace to enjoy the evening sun. According to the season the garden offers produce; Apples, salads, spices and berries - true fun for children. We very much hope you will feel just as home as we do.

A single-storey house in Hvidovre, which has been divided into two units. You have approx. 50 m² for yourselves with a private entrance and parking right outside the house, and the train is approx. 500 m away. The flat has a large, bright room with a double bed and a smaller room with 2 comfortable beds. Natural oasis in Valby. 1st floor of the house. Borders right up to Vigerslev Park and has a large balcony with fantastic views. Bedroom, living room, kitchen, guest room/office and bathroom with shower and small bathtub. Space for 3 people. The garden is shared with our lovely downstairs neighbours and features all kinds of flowers, a trampoline and a terrace that is shared with the downstairs neighbours. Please note that the pictures of the balcony are from before we moved. However, the balcony is still furnished, so you can eat out there and sunbathe.

It takes less than 15 minutes to walk to Hvidovre station and 30 minutes to the center of Copenhagen by train. There is always organic coffee in the house

Enjoy the simple and romantic life of our cozy annex, The Garden Library. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood in Valby, Copenhagen. Close to public transport, 10 minutes from the center of Copenhagen. The annex has just been renovated. It is heated, cozy and filled with books and records that you are very welcome to use. There is a small terrace in front of the annex, and you can make tea and coffee. You are welcome to use our garden. You have your own toilet and shower located inside the house. There is no kitchen

The apartment is child-friendly and there is free parking. It takes 20 minutes to cycle to Vesterbro and the center of Copenhagen - and the trip takes 8 minutes by train.

Our newly renovated family home in Valby, with a lovely kitchen diner, living room, and enough space for your family. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood, one of the ‘villa quarters’, and at the end of a private road. We’re just a short S-train ride away from Copenhagen (10 mins). Our house is right next door to Danshøj station, and you can hear the trains, however it shouldn’t disturb you and is still very quiet for a city.
