Natural oasis in Valby. 1st floor of the house. Borders right up to Vigerslev Park and has a large balcony with fantastic views. Bedroom, living room, kitchen, guest room/office and bathroom with shower and small bathtub. Accommodates 4 people. The garden is shared with our lovely downstairs neighbours and features all kinds of flowers, a trampoline and a terrace that is shared with the downstairs neighbours. Please note that the pictures of the balcony are from before we moved. However, the balcony is still furnished, so you can eat out there and sunbathe.

It is located in a quiet residential area with a beautiful large green park area and good playgrounds just around the corner. The garden has two sunny seating areas, a large older trampoline and small gas grill available. There is 1 bedroom with double bed and 4 children's/guest rooms, of which there is a double sofa bed in 2 of them (one only 120 cm wide). There are 3 TVs in the house. NOTE: No parties or youth groups. Dogs are welcome :)
