This is an ocean view unit on the most ocean side of the building called Gem base in Suma. (Room No.1) During the summer beach season (July and August), the beach house and the BBQ restaurant next door are open, so it is lively until around 9 pm. Because the railroad is near, you will hear the sound of the train driving. Paid parking is not available onsite, so pay parking is available nearby. The interior is the main accommodation room on the second floor, and the first floor is a large free space (with a sofa bed) that can be used freely, not only for couples and friends, but also from families with small children to business travelers. Located in the southern part of Osaka, a very quiet residential area. 10 minutes away from the nearest subway station, Kishinosato. It is easy to reach Namba, Umeda by subway, KIX and Koyasan by Nankai Railway. The 7-11 convenience store is one minute away. The Sento public bath is also very close to my house.

You can go to any other famous places or cities within 10-90 minutes by a train. Some fancy restaurants are near the house. The neighbor is quiet so you guys can spend calm time, but you guys need to be quiet too.
