Prenditela con calma in questo appartamento con entrata indipendente, immerso nelle colline bolognesi, zona Valsamoggia a circa 20 km da Bologna, raggiungibile in auto. L’appartamento è parte di un casolare di fine 1800 ristrutturato mantenendo struttura originale: soffitto legno a vista, camino, parte mobilio originale. All’esterno disponibile: gazebo con tavolo, poltrone, griglia. Intorno terreno di proprietà di 3 ettari con lago. Disponibile rete Wi-Fi adatta anche per smart working.

La nostra casa ai piedi dell'Appennino Modenese, è all'interno di un vecchio borgo ex residenza paterna dalla quale prende il nome "Saturno". La villa, posta in splendida zona collinare, si sviluppa su 2 livelli con una metratura di circa 150 mq. Al piano terra si trova il soggiorno con tv e divano, più cucina abitabile. Salendo le scale troviamo una camera matrimoniale con balcone, una cameretta con 2 letti singoli e il bagno, più terrazzo con vista su entrambi i lati dell'Appennino.

The tranquility of the place guarantees guests a pleasant and relaxing stay in the company of their travel companions.
