There is a parking lot next to the house and a smoking area in the backyard. It is 20 minutes from the Meishin Suita IC and 10 minutes from the Daini-Keihan Sakaimon-Masu IC. There are two supermarkets, AEON and SATAKE (both 2 minutes on foot) near this rental house. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores, so you can have a pleasant stay without any problems, whether it's a short trip or a long stay. It is convenient to use the Keihan train and various trains to get to tourist destinations such as Osaka city, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. Sightseeing by car is also very convenient, with an interchange nearby.

Our guest house is in a quiet residential neighborhood in Ibaraki City. There is a river flowing right next to it, so you can stay while enjoying nature. On the ground floor, there is a cafe motifed with hedgehogs, where you can enjoy delicious coffee and baked goods. You can go to the JR and Hankyu stations by bus from the bus stop, which is a 4-minute walk from our guest house, and the transportation is convenient. There is also a delicious bakery and convenience store nearby, and there is also a shopping mall about a 20-minute walk away, so you can enjoy shopping. The room has a full kitchen, washing machine, washroom, and self-contained toilet and bathroom, making it suitable for long-term stays.The room is about 9 tatami mats, so it can accommodate up to 5 people.
