Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Iberia Parish

We had a great time. The place was well-located on a quiet road, within a 10-15 minute drive to downtown New Iberia and just a bit farther to Avery Island. The house was well-equipped and very comfortable.

We stayed here during Festival International. It's about a 20 min drive from downtown lafayette. Quiet, easy to get to area. The pool was great. House had everything we needed. Hosts were quick to respond. Would definitely stay again.

it was a very nice place to stay. It was very comfy and offered lots of space.The mattress was nice and firm..allowing us to to relax and get a great night's sleep. It was a well maintained home, very obvious that Jason takes pride in this home, taking good care in its maintenance. Oh. and a super spacious shower !! We plan on returning. You won't regret renting this home.

This home was everything we hoped for and more. Extremely clean, very comfortable and homey - lots of books, which were super fun to peruse. Fresh flowers on the table and a personal note greeted us when we arrived. Communication with hosts was clear and easy. Well hope to stay here again next time we're in the area!

The Magnolia House is a very comfortable home away home for me and my family visiting from Texas. It is a Louisiana home with southern comfort, spacious areas and beautiful decor. The tasty treats in a welcome basket was delicious. The home front porch and back porch is a favorite of my family! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch swing in the cool breeze and conversations. Our stay was just what my family needed for the weekend! We recommend The Magnolia House for your stay. We will be back for our next stay!

Our stay was restful and peaceful. Easy to get around the area. They allowed our dog to come. That meant the world to us. Will stay again

We loved our stay at Frances’s place. The house was very clean, well stocked and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the curtains blocked out the light so we slept very well. We were visiting family and found the location was very convenient for groceries, restaurants, and shopping. Frances was an excellent host with great communication. We would definitely stay again!

I’ve stayed here the past three years when I am town for an annual festival, and it’s perfect for my needs. Linda is very helpful and responsive, and the Suite is comfortable and feels like home to me. There are plenty of resources for things to do, even snacks. Nice door code locks made it easy to come and go and not have to worry about a physical key. This will always be my first choice, and I already have a future stay booked!

The accommodations surpassed expectations. Very comfortable and clean. Wonderful little courtyard for evening conversations and cocktails. Lots of parking space; it even accommodated our boat (boat launch was 1/4 mile away in the park) What really put it over the top was the thoughtfulness the owner put into supplying the unit. Every possible need was covered from shampoo, razors, Q-tips, coffee pods, snacks and seasonings. I'm sure there was much more we didn't see. Pickle ball and tennis equipment, bar-b-que with charcoal and lighter......he covered it all! First class operation. I would gladly stay there again and recommend it to my friends.

One of the highlights was the breathtaking bayou-side scenery—waking up to those serene views was truly unforgettable.
