The single house, duplex, has a common room on the 1st floor equipped with a complete Kitchenette, TV and Wi-Fi. CASUEÑA is a lovely villa with a private pool, heated with saltwater chlorination all year round, a wood-fired barbecue, large trees, a six-hob cooker and a 90-cm oven. It has a fantastic 50-m² porch, which will be the focal point of activity at the house; next to it are the barbecue and the heated pool.

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

The Pool Pavilion is a cosy and relaxed two suites and kitchen space that overlooks a lush garden and is the ideal choice for a joyful and relaxing getaway. Appointed to a high standard with simple yet sophisticated materials, such as micro cement flooring , stucco walls and linen curtains, and decorated in soothing natural colours, it blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious, private garden with wood decking, a heated pool, sun loungers and table.
