Taking advantage of the privileged location and view, the guest is in permanent contact with the river and the vineyard. The single house, duplex, has a common room on the 1st floor equipped with a complete Kitchenette, TV and Wi-Fi. Casueña is in the heart of the countryside, on the outskirts of the city of MÁLAGA, surrounded by trees and birds. The Airport, the center of Malaga and the beaches are only 20 kilometers away. CASUEÑA is a lovely villa with a private pool, heated with saltwater chlorination all year round, a wood-fired barbecue, large trees, a six-hob cooker and a 90-cm oven. It has a fantastic 50-m² porch, which will be the focal point of activity at the house; next to it are the barbecue and the heated pool.

The house is located 19km from Porto and 28km from the airport. It emerges on a hill in front of one of the most beautiful bends on the Douro river. You can enjoy not only the house, but also the terrace overlooking the river, the lush gardens around it, the pool area and also 2 barbecue areas. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. If you want to explore the property, there are also areas where we grow crops or fruit trees, do not hesitate to help yourself to some fresh fruits!
