We had a wonderful weekend in the house! The place is Amazing. The house has several rooms, which gave us a lot of comfort and privacy. The playground was a great success with the children, and everyone took advantage of the barbecue space for meals and enjoy good times together. The house offers a perfect environment for bringing family and friends together, and without a doubt, we will come back more often.

We wanted to relax for a few days and give our dog more room to play and Elaine's house was perfect for that. Despite the rain on Sunday, we still enjoy some of the barbecue and rest on the hammock. All the same or better than the pictures, a safe place with a nearby supermarket. House with the face of new and very well taken care of. Elaine was very attentive and made us comfortable.

My family and I love spending the weekend at Renata and Marcelo's house. Place with a beautiful view, cozy atmosphere, clean and equipped for a great stay. Receptive hosts and ready to respond to us. Anyway, just gratitude for the happy moments we spent there. I definitely recommend it! Anyway, thank you, for everything and we'll be back soon!

Everything was very quiet, the house is very beautiful and comfortable, the location is great for those who want to jump by parachute or fly by balloon, the neighborhood is quiet, I just felt that there is a lack of dishes and chairs, in addition, everything is ok. I went with my family and friends, the house is just perfect! Well aired, enooooorme, all rooms with air conditioning, has all the kitchen utensils. A muuuuito house clean and organized. It had clean bed clothes in all the rooms. The swimming pool is a delight, a lot of sunshine that is still hotter still rs. The house is very close to the beach, we love and want to come back!!

We stayed only for a weekend plus we loved the house, everything clean smelly and organized, the place super quiet and calm, the house and according to the announcement and even bigger! beach on the same street of the house, the house and huge and fit enough people. Super cozy apartment well located. For those who go to the HIAE or Morumbi Stadium, it is next door. The only difficulty I encountered was checking in. I arrived at night and had to stay on the street with a suitcase and everything until they found my name to release access to the condominium. The entrance is through the registration of the facial and twice I had problems, both at the entrance to the building and the supermarket that is inside the condominium. Outside these unforeseen events, I highly recommend the location.

We had a wonderful stay! Gesiele was extremely kind, attentive and polite, always willing to help. The apartment exceeded our expectations: well located, clean, tidy and with a cozy decoration that made us feel at home. My wife, who is a fan of Grey's Anatomy, was delighted with the picture of the characters and the striking phrase – a special touch that made all the difference. Our son had a lot of fun at the playground, which made everything even more perfect. Also, the price is fair for everything that hosting provides. We definitely recommend and would come back without a second thought!

EXCELLENT , VERY ORGANIZED FLAT

The ground floor apartment is large and with everything it takes to spend pleasant days. The neighborhood is very polite and the location is close to universities, pharmacy, supermarket (next door) and good restaurants. I certainly intend to return.

The space fulfills what it promises. It is very pleasant and safe to go with children, because it has a protective screen. The sofa bed mattress is very comfortable and had many bedding and towels available. The surroundings are tranquil, with pizzeria, bakery and supermarkets in the surroundings.

Excellent, everything was as published in the app, very cozy, perfect location, markets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, etc., all close, including the city's mall several blocks from the apartment.

as for Graziele, they are just compliments! very friendly and gave information and made everything very clear, regarding the property, the negative point is that it does not have a parking lot, and this in São Paulo represents a certain inconvenience because the private parking lots are very expensive and the access to the property is in a very busy and dangerous place for the night. As for the interior of the property, it fulfills the purpose of being a place to sleep after the appointments in the city, everything works well, the noise problem ( due to being facing the viaduct) is perfectly isolated by the windows, but there it is warm there on hot days ventilator does not care and is uncomfortable, on cool days it is good! it deserved air conditioning. i only rented for my family to rest before the event and sleep right after, so for. that purpose served very well.

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. The Super Gentle Host. We really want to stay two more days, but it's already booked. hahaha Let's go back and recommend it for sure.
