Kid-friendly holiday rentals in São Paulo

For the second time in Maresias, I chose to stay in the same place and once again the experience was excellent! The condominium is super organized, very well frequented, with a family environment and several children, which brings even more tranquility. The structure is great, with swimming pool, game room and laundry. Rodrigo's space is impeccable: super clean, well organized and with new furniture. The house is very well equipped, even with a Dolce Gusto coffee maker (the capsules are not provided, but it is worth taking). The barbecue area is a differential that makes the stay even better. In addition, Rodrigo is extremely helpful and considerate. I felt at home and, without a doubt, I will be back as soon as possible!

An extremely quiet stay, all the issues Mr Wellington were resolved very quickly, both he and the co-host were very helpful and quick. I highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay! The site is within a very well located and secure condominium. The swimming pool is super warm, receives sunshine all day, and the house was impeccable – all new and very clean. Elaine was extremely attentive, gave us great tips from nearby restaurants and markets. We will definitely return!

The stay was excellent, Rita is super flexible and proactive in indicating great places such as the market, bakery and restaurants. The house is super comfortable, the rooms all impeccable, super organized and met the need of my family.

Great house, well structured and clean, met all the requirements, the only problem is the dirt road to access, unfortunately when it rains it is difficult to access. But everything perfect.

It was an amazing experience! The Marlene that received us was a cute one! Always very solicitous, answering our doubts almost immediately, recommended great restaurants to visit. The place is very charming and conveys a lot of peace, in addition the location is very good, it really is close to Av. Monte Verde, which makes it much easier when it comes to "turistar". We will definitely come back more often :)

Comfortable apartment, well located and very attentive in the service.

Leandro's district is very pleasant, apartment had everything we need during the stay. The mattresses were good and the showers were good. For the heat , it was great to have air conditioning. The walk to the beach is close by and the beach service taking the chairs and the sunguard made a difference. Leandro was very kind and always answered us when requested. The condo is very clean and organized and the pool is good. Nearby had an excellent pizzeria and also a Japanese restaurant. We were on foot for dinner. I intend to host again on an upcoming trip.

Local very well located , Uber was very cheap in the region, paid around 10 reais to go free. Silent building, Grazielle is a lot of requests, it always responds as fast as it can. Finally, I recommend it because it was very economical and cozy.

We had a great stay. Large apartment, very well located, close to the beach, from the trade, in a privileged region. Property with excellent cleaning, conservation, very well equipped, excellent condominium, which has beach service and parking space, which are essential requirements for a very sought after beach, such as Pitangueiras. It accommodates with tranquility and a lot of comfort 4 to 5 people. Super indico for those looking for a good option at Pitangueiras.

Myself and my family were very well received by Richard. We became in love with your home and all the affection we received during our stadia. For sure Richard's house will be our home when we're in São Paulo again!

Rodolfo and Maria Clara are exceptional people. We were served very quickly and the space is very well taken care of by them. We feel at home. We'll definitely be back.

Overall, I’m giving a 5/5. Marcel’s apartment is wonderful to stay in. It’s in a perfect location. You’ll feel safe, secure and have easy access to local amenities and transport. Marcel was proactive about any issues I’d had and had them promptly resolved. Location 5/5 10 minutes walk to Shopping Ibirapueira and 15 to Eucaliptos station (metro). Plenty of bars, restaurants and botecos. There’s various super markets to choose from and you’re very close to good dining experiences. Apartment 4/5 The apartment is a beautiful space sufficient for one person. I stayed for 4 months. While the apartment is beautiful, it is missing a few things that would make longer stays more comfortable. A washing machine for clothes, some extra bed clothes and towels and a few more kitchen items, e.g. better pans and pots, lids (long stays mean you’ll be cooking in a lot) Communication 5/5 Marcel (and team) are almost always available. Communication is fast and you aren’t alone!

We liked it very much! we were in 7 people and we felt at home. Very close to the beach, beautiful and safe condominium! We would recommend this stay!

I stayed for 10 days at home, needed time and tranquility to work. Balcony enclosed with glass, has a very cool landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Site easy plan walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo always attentive and proactive, even got an extra car seat during the weekend, by courtesy. Flexible Check in and Check out, I indicate for sure. Everything worked as advertised. I stayed 2 weeks with my family in the apartment of Renato and Joice, where we had an incredible experience. The great location, clean, comfortable, secure location, and offer everything we needed. The employees were very helpful and polite, especially the caretaker Roque, as well as the Hosts, who have always helped us quickly throughout our stay. The condominium has a barbecue, heated pool, ice machine, beach service, Pet friendly, among other things. I recommend this location to anyone who wants to travel with family or friends. If I get a chance, I'll definitely stay there again!

The house surprised us positively. It is well equipped, spacious, in quiet and family condominium, close to the beach. The chairs and tents service works well. We were delighted and looking forward to coming back.

mr. Fernando is cordial and attentive mto. Mr. Joilson and Rafael (janitors) are mto helpful. The beach is near mto, easy access and we will be back for sure.
