The house has a wonderful garden, with a garage, a backyard with a covered area, a shower and a barbecue. There is still a covered slab with a carnauba straw roof, from where you can see the sea, the sunrise of the moon and the sun lying in a good hammock.

Approximately 200 km from Fortaleza and 60 km from Mossoró. The house is 80m2 and was renovated in February 2022. The house has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Full kitchen, a small living room, 2 bathrooms, balcony and an outdoor space for barbecue.
