It is located 100 meters from the beach and 600 meters from the main street (Broadway), in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by inns with security, close to the new Canoa beach huts. The bedrooms have fans and bed linens. The kitchen is equipped with the basics: dishes, cutlery, cups, pots, couscous and blender, as well as some spices. There are 2 bathrooms, and an outdoor shower in the yard

There is still a covered slab with a carnauba straw roof, from where you can see the sea, the sunrise of the moon and the sun lying in a good hammock.

The chalet has its own entrance but shares land with the chalet next door, which also has its own entrance.
