Thank you Peter and Karen for a wonderful stay at your property. It was everything we hoped, secluded and calm, peaceful and serene. your thoughtful touches (the eggs, milk and biccies plus tea and coffee etc), plus your helpful insights into the locality were really helpful and helped make our stay. We loved having the use of the hot tub and the pool and the veranda over the garden was so peaceful in the evenings. We would absolutely stay here again if you would have us!

Fabulous place, host and location. The accommodation had everything and more for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Guestling. Lots of lovely walks on the door step and near the coast. An ideal place to recharge the batteries.

We enjoyed our stay here, the apartment was clean, spacious and bright. The view from the sunny terrace was beautiful and it was wonderful to wake up to the birds singing every morning. The pub below the apartment is excellent, with well executed food and a decent wine list. The staff are also super friendly and very welcoming. If you want to be able to dip in and out of Rye, Hastings and Camber etc but want somewhere peaceful with free parking to stay in between then look no further.
