During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing construction from Apr-Sep 2026. Bring your a ski-boat, or jet skis (boat launch nearby), or use our kayaks. Be aware, tho, if you're not in shape the path could be a struggle.

The views are spectacular as you can enjoy 360 degree views of the valley, Flathead Lake, Glacier Park, The Swan Mountains, Blacktail Mountain and the big skies and stars of Montana. The only land in between our farm and the lake is a waterfowl preserve. Plenty of wildlife on the property and it is a wonderful spot to enjoy Flathead Valley.
