This updated 960 sq. ft. condo sits at 10k + feet above Idaho Springs on Fall River Rd. 1 bedroom with loft(via ladder) offers 2 queen beds. The living room couch has a queen bed and an additional memory foam mattress is available if needed. Less than 100 yard walk to St. Mary's Glacier Trailhead. Dozens of hiking trails, jeep trails, and year round activities in the area. * The condo is at elevation. There is a 9 mile drive to the town of Idaho Springs. Wildlife and scenery. unmatched.

Ideal Hot Springs Home

Although listed as a one bedroom home there are two sleeping areas. One with a queen size bed that is an open space and the other with a daybed with pull out trundle bed. A sunlit breakfast nook awaits in the front of the house which opens to a cozy living room. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, Blue-Ray/DVD Player and of course you will enjoy WI-FI throughout the house. A washer and dryer are available for use in the fully functional kitchen. There is one spacious full bathroom.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish cabin nestled on the creek outside of Idaho Springs. This rustic, yet contemporary mountain cabin has been completely renovated. Featuring one bedroom with a king bed, a sleeping loft with a queen pullout sofa and another queen pullout sofa in the living room, guests have plenty of room. Road Trip is close to Indian Hot Springs, downtown Idaho Springs, bike trail, zip line, rafting, hiking trails and 20 minutes to ski areas. You’ll love my place because of the newly renovated fun road trip theme, the quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of Mt Evans and surrounding mountain areas. There is also plenty of no hassle parking. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. There are no additional cleaning or other fees. State license #20191143115

Permit #24-106357 You will feel worlds away on these 2 rolling acres. The cabin is a perfect mountain getaway to enjoy tranquil peace, yet only 3 minutes from I-70, restaurants, shops, trails, and beauty! The large sun room is the crowning glory of the cabin; it doesn't intrude on nature but is built with nature in mind. It places you in the middle of a wooded landscape boasting large windows all around that make you feel like you are outside in the snow, yet stay warm and cozy inside.

Green Cabin (spotty WiFi and cell signal)

This cabin is the perfect spot to rest after a day in the mountains! The main floor has a living room and kitchen. The upstairs loft is outfitted with a queen bed and a queen size pull-out sofa. The basement features a twin-sized bunk bed! Our beautiful mountain location limits our access to internet, so the cell signal, WiFi and cable can be very slow or non-existent at times. We recommend planning to be off-the-grid in case this happens during your stay! We do not allow parties.
