Relax in our claw foot bathtub after a long day of exploring the nearby whitewater park, foothills, green belt or downtown scenery. Cook in the kitchen or walk to nearby restaurants for your meals. Sip your morning coffee on the patio while you plan your next adventure. You'll sleep soundly in the comfortable king sized bed. Tiny house - Guesthouse

Our rustic shipping container guest house sits just outside of town on a 10 acre working Ranch. Enjoy a peaceful night, with the sounds of the creek and a few farm animals mixed in, including dogs that will visit your front door and keep guard on the property. Dogs may bark in the middle of the night! Our tiny and cozy guest house has custom and unique details throughout and is best suited for 1-2 people. This home is up a dirt road and there is parking directly in front of the tiny house.

The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing excavation from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during working hours.

Only 15-20 minute drive to Brundage Mountain Resort to experience some of the best skiing / snowboarding in "Best snow in Idaho" or mountain biking in the summer! Beautiful views from the front picture window of rolling farm fields, grazing cows and the south hills. The guest house is surrounded by a small fenced yard with a propane fire pit, tree swing and chairs. Enjoy this newly built & fully equipped 1 bedroom guesthouse. The bedroom has a King size that guest say is "very comfortable" & the living room has a couch that we don’t mind a person sleeping on. This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio & fenced sideyard.
