Holiday rentals with a patio in Iesi

Beautiful large apartment and very well equipped. Located at the top of SPELLO, it can be reached from a nearby parking lot below where there is usually a spot (in April). Old cellars, the room is dug in the rock and is only lit by very small skylights. So it's dark and electric light is a must at any time of the day. But in return it always stays cool. The terrace is very nice and the view appreciable. Corrado, in charge of the apartment, which we have requested several times, is extremely kind and patient. Very efficient, it also has a strong sense of humor and very good advice. Thanks to him for helping make the stay perfect!

This is a stylish, well equipped, well located apartment that combines historical ambience and a modern vibe very well. Simone is a great host and makes it all effortless. There’s great attention to detail as well from a decent coffee machine, to olive oil and balsamic vinegar to sharp knives and nice wine glasses. A great place to stay in Assisi. Highly recommended.

Beautiful experience, Elisa was really welcoming and helpful with us. His kindness combined with his professionalism made our experience unique and enjoyable. First of all, it was so close to Francesco Cathedral, and it was so convenient to take the bus just 7 minutes and 8 minutes on foot. The host was very friendly and responsive to help us.

We stayed here for a month and had a great time. It was one of the few places we could find that looked modern. Super clean apartment, centrally located for exploring the area (less than 10 minutes drive to Assisi), and Emanuale is very accessible and helpful. If we come back to Italy, we will definitely return here. Thank you!

stayed at a large sea view accommodation with my family, just cross the street and you are immediately on the free beach where, however, umbrellas and sun loungers are offered by the structure for free, impeccable accommodation, clean, new and complete with every comfort, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine and smart TV, it seems to be at home. Beautiful spacious house and I had a very good time for the silence of this hill near the city and the sea. The panoramic view from the apartment was very exciting because it was a natural immersion with everything. Giulia is her partner, they were present but discreet. Their dog is adorable. I slept comfortably on the bed. All in all, my stay went great. I think I'll be back. I recommend it.

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

Riccardo é Michele’s place is a step back in time with modern amenities and the medieval mood we were looking for. It’s a comfortable and easy place that makes you feel at home. The private garden and somehow the entrance with its ‘cloister feel’ and even a little grotto is quite special and in the heart of Assisi. Location wonderful, comfortable and cozy living quaintly special place, and all worked perfectly. I’d be back anytime! I’d be back anytime. Thanks!

Marco and Chiara are impeccable hosts. Nice, always ready with answers, helpful and full of excellent directions and tips on the surroundings (restaurants, excursions, shopping for typical products...). Casa Azul is a really beautiful and special house. Not only designed to stay there but to be experienced just like home. Complete with everything and in an ideal location to reach all the classic Umbrian destinations. We stayed very comfortably in 6 as well as a little dog, towards which the homeowners were very welcoming. If I return to the area I will try to repeat the Casa Azul experience!

Spacious house with wonderful pool and a nice view into the sunset. I want to highlight the friendliness of the owners and also the lovely Deruta ceramic pieces you will find everywhere in the house.

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

The apartment is in a very good location and very nice. Outside of the crowd. The size is perfect for a comfortable multi-day stay. Everything is new and very clean. And Gian Marco is very available. I also appreciated the clear instructions regarding how the apartment works. A big thank you.

Location of the house in a quiet and peaceful area with outdoor parking about 5 meters from the entrance. The villa is surrounded by a garden on two sides and a beautiful porch where you can enjoy spacious and quiet spaces furnished with garden furniture and lemon trees. The interior is furnished in an essential but tasteful way. The house is cozy, super clean and has all the comforts. The host has always been attentive to our every need for the entire period of stay in the house. Congratulations to the owners.

We had a great time at Tommaso's place. Ideally located, quiet and full of birdsong, this place is perfect for walking or driving around. We understood why Tommaso is a great host: available and warm, he told us great places to walk and must-see cities, and since we didn't have time to visit everything we will have to come back! first of all, at a communicative level we can say that he is the best host 2) took us from the train station to the apartment (which is no small thing) 3) an unexpected inconvenience happened to the apartment, but he intervened immediately and resolved everything. 4) the accommodation is mega comfortable, sea view, equipped with everything you need maybe if all the hosts were like him thank you very much, we were lucky to have done our experience there. :)
