Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Ancona

Heaven on earth. The place is wonderful, in the middle of the countryside and tranquility, the house is very nice and equipped with everything you need and the outdoor space is nothing short of amazing. Irena is kind and helpful. Renè is an exquisite person. I hope to return in the future.

We went to Senigallia for the Summer Jamboree. Great location for several daily trips, both by car and bike (the owner has two, but there is also a bike rental shop very close by). We were very late for check-in and the owner was really courteous and helpful. Clean apartment with sheets and towels and very spacious. Outdoor space available to enjoy a relaxing dinner in the garden. Evening silence and great neighborhood. Breakfast bar a few minutes away by foot. Parking is available.

Really very nice place, it was a little like staying at home thanks to the decor, cleanliness and availability and kindness of the host and the other people involved. Very available in times of need or doubt, either by phone or in person. Overall with my group of friends we had a great time and it exceeded our expectations.

We spent two weeks here, our first beach vacation with our 14-month-old baby. We had a great time! The apartment is equipped with everything you may need, including a comfortable baby bed. The cute garden is great for dining out or reading in the afternoon and ideal for children's play. The sea is about five/six minutes away on foot and both the equipped beach and the free beach are easily reachable by stroller. The center of the village, which is practically the waterfront, where you can find bars, rotisseries, restaurants, shops, is a stone's throw away on foot. Athos is a discreet and courteous guest, easily reachable by phone for anything you need. He was very helpful with us and communication was easy and effective.

Clotilde is a very welcoming and helpful host. The apartment has everything you need to meet every comfort. The garden and veranda are a plus. We stayed with a 3-year-old girl and she met all our needs.

Giuliano is a wonderful person, he welcomed us costly. The accommodation is located in a well-maintained residence. We found Giuliano's place clean and tidy. Inside the room there is a washing machine and dishwasher. The garden, fenced, allowed us to leave our little dog free. On Easter day, Giuliano made us find sweets hanging at the entrance, considering that he does not live in the immediate vicinity, makes us understand how much he cares about guests. Experience we recommend if you want to visit the Conero area, this place and the host Giuliano are the top.

Large outdoor area (equipped) perfect for those with a dog as it is fully fenced; even the interior spaces (modernly furnished) are suitable for six people. Very useful laundry room and outdoor shower. Parking in front of the house and ample free parking nearby. Good location for getting around by car to all the beaches of the Conero Riviera. The beaches of Numana can also be reached on foot but on the way back the road is a little uphill (but there is free shuttle service). Very kind and helpful hosts, flexible check-in and check-out. Overall our stay was great.

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

Caterina's apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. On site there is a small supermarket and a bar. In a few minutes you can reach the nice coastal towns of Sirolo and Numana by car. Not very far and very worthwhile are also trips to Ancona or Loreto.

Beautiful countryside villa surrounded by nature. We stayed in 8 friends and a dog and we had a really good time. Large spaces and a really well-equipped house, from kitchen utensils to bbq tools… it's even equipped with some medicinal products for emergencies! You can really have fun in many ways, there is the trampoline, table soccer, tennis court and lots of unusual but super fun board games, especially for large groups of friends! Perfect rooms and bathrooms equipped with everything… really nothing is missing! Unfortunately for the period we were unable to take advantage of the pool and the outdoor tub but we still enjoyed a few hours of sun outside, where even our four-legged friend was able to run free in the lawn. Finally, the owners were really welcoming and helpful in everything... in short, definitely a stay that we feel we can recommend!!

We felt right at home at this place. Convenient to reach the sea by bus 300 meters from the accommodation. You can enjoy the sea and the cool of the countryside at night. Definitely great for people looking for a relaxing vacation.

Wow, that was our first response. What a beautiful spacious apartment with a fantastic view. Great. You can see the sea from the loggia and on the other side the village of Recanati. The apartment is stylishly decorated with beautiful furniture. The double bedroom is spacious and the bed sleeps wonderfully. The kitchen is fully furnished with good equipment and everything is available to cook a nice meal. We felt right at home and enjoyed it enormously. The location is wonderfully quiet but still close to restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The host and hostess are particularly welcoming, friendly, happy to give tips and make sure you don't miss anything. They give you a “home to home” feeling. We will definitely visit again.

Beautiful experience. Giovanna is very quick to respond and very kind. The house is very nice, very well supplied (there is practically everything for cooking, including tupperware!), quiet and with a nice outdoor space (my dog was practically always there). The area is very quiet and strategic for getting around (15 minutes from Loreto and the sea can be reached in 10 minutes on foot). Highly recommended.

The apartment is in a very good location and very nice. Outside of the crowd. The size is perfect for a comfortable multi-day stay. Everything is new and very clean. And Gian Marco is very available. I also appreciated the clear instructions regarding how the apartment works. A big thank you.

We spent two really nice weeks in Edoardo's house. The house is comfortable, nothing is missing, the garden is really nice but above all the location is very convenient to the beach and the center of the town but it still remains in a quiet and very quiet location. Edoardo was a kind host, you will have no difficulty communicating with him! A perfect solution for those traveling with children and animals.

first of all, at a communicative level we can say that he is the best host 2) took us from the train station to the apartment (which is no small thing) 3) an unexpected inconvenience happened to the apartment, but he intervened immediately and resolved everything. 4) the accommodation is mega comfortable, sea view, equipped with everything you need maybe if all the hosts were like him thank you very much, we were lucky to have done our experience there. :)

Very convenient solution, in a beautiful location. Marina is very helpful, kind and proactive and literally pampered us, recommending places and restaurants where we ate divinely. Highly recommended!
