The Bela Vista site is a special property, surrounded by nature, facing the Igaratá reservoir, very close to the city of São Paulo, about 100 km, and is accessed by the best roads in the state of São Paulo, such as Airton Senna, Carvalho Pinto, Rodovia Dutra and Don Pedro.
