Zé Urbano is a great host. Prestativo and very humorous. The house is very well cared for, muuuuuito well-equipped for any circumstance and/or the season of the year. The barbecue area is pure charm and warmth, in addition, privacy is guaranteed at all times. The dam at our disposal, in our backyard (rs), is a very high point of stay. Despite vast and lush vegetation, we do not need repellent at any time. My boyfriend and I had fun with the practice of stand-up paddleboarding and fishing. The access to the property is possible to be done with qq car and Zé's guidelines, regarding the best route, made us arrive without any error. We will return with certainty and recommend it to friends and family. Congratulations and thank you very much, Zé!

Simply charming, both the place and the house. The corresponding house exactly in the photos, all tasteful items, super complete kitchen, spacious and cozy rooms. We were in 5 couples with children and the house was perfect. The pool area overlooking the dam is a high point of the accommodation. A delight, we stay every day in the pool. We didn't leave any days from the house, we stayed 1 week and it was amazing. Another high point of the trip is the owner Livia, who always answered us and helped us with any questions or requests. I recommend with my eyes closed!

The house is very cozy and rich, with the kitchen very complete. The garden is a delight and great for pets, and its fence is really very safe, we are very calm with our dogs. The dam is very good for swimming, the surroundings are calm and good for those who like to observe nature and a night sky. Finally, Cristina was very attentive and easy to communicate.

Wow, what an amazing house! We spent a simply perfect Carnival here. Every detail was thought out with affection, from the cozy decor to the leisure area that provided us with unforgettable moments. The location is great, the house is super equipped and we feel at home from the first moment. Congratulations on the wonderful space, we'll definitely be back! The pool area was simply spectacular! We spent hours relaxing and having fun, and the barbecue was the perfect meeting point for our friends and family. The living room was spacious and comfortable, ideal for resting moments after the revelry. The tasteful decoration created a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was complete and functional, with all the utensils necessary to prepare our meals. The impeccable organization and cleaning allowed us to cook with practicality and pleasure. O Roberto always ready to answer any doubts and still left a welcome gift.

The accommodation is extremely clean, cozy and has everything we need. Lu is an excellent hostess, always responding promptly, as well as having a homeowner for anything we needed. To enter the condominium we had difficulty because the access is via a link and there was no signal. On site the signal is bad, practically no catch. The Wi-Fi also showed instability, which made it difficult a little bit. In addition, the place is for family and rest, without noise and in the midst of nature. Much nicer than in the pictures! In addition, the condominium has a market that makes it MUCH easier! We moved on with great peace of mind and would come back for sure!

Wonderful apartment, comfortable bed, with pool views. Has a mini gym and the pool is wonderful and beautiful. The very clear host with your instructions, I was able to get in before and leave after , better than that there isn't. Finally, note 10, I highly recommend it.

The house is beautiful, comfortable, very well cared for and on the property there are farm animals, in addition to Melzinha, which is a very friendly and affectionate sausage! We were very welcome by the ditchan and batchan, they're cute. We were offered the fruit of the orchard. Something super cool in the house was a shelf with a few items in case you forgot to take it. It was just to take and leave the value in the box.

We'll be in accordance with the listing. Regina always worried about providing the best experience. We take insect repellent and don't even use. zero negative surprises and recommended for everyone.

Great house, spacious, complete and equipped. We spent the carnival with the family and had great days, the children took great advantage of the lawn, pool and all the space.

The space is great, the house is good, kitchen with many utensils for cooking, a perfect outdoor area to enjoy, but I think the house has a lot of things that those who are allergic suffer, but we got a way. My only complaint is to pay a cleaning fee and have to take out the garbage for the weekend, the closest trash can to the site is around 3 km from a dirt road, I didn't find it practical.

Midori's place is quite complete and very tasty. Our family made great use of Carnival, including pets, who played freely, as the property is all surrounded. Everything is extremely clean, quiet place and an amazing view in a very quiet and safe condo, with very quick and easy access to the dam. Communication with Midori was great, always very fast, patient and flexible, promptly clarifying all the doubts we had. We recommend hosting and will definitely come back more often.

We love the house, we spent wonderful days as a family! The space is exactly as in the photos, the pool area and barbecue are excellent with a wonderful view of the dam and the mountains, and the sand court for beach tennis and volleyball were a great differential. All clean and comfortable, the only point of improvement would be to place AC in the rooms on the ground floor and in the living room. The condominium is still little inhabited, but super quiet and safe. We had problems with recurring power outages in the early days, but it was not a problem of the house, but throughout the region, fortunately it didn't get in the way and Rodrigo was extremely willing to respond to us and help us with everything.
