The House is very Good , the Condominium very good insurance and with interesting leisure alternatives. The House is as described in the listing But it needs some adjustments ( Maintenance) , Internet only works well in the room , other rooms are very precarious and in the Annex No Exists! Very attentive property ( Maury) there was no shortage of water , this also due to the economy we made . Overall is a Great Place to rest . If you need to come back , I would like to come back!

The house is just like the pictures! The reception was wonderful, welcoming! Mr. Francisco and his wife received us with great sympathy, we received guidance on the location, tips on commerce and the city. The house was spotless, all very clean! Home location is great! It exceeded expectations! Very well equiped house, great for resting and enjoying with the family!

Hostã Trícia, together with her husband ( Alexandre) , received my family with great affection and hospitality. They authorized early check in, My family was very well received with delicious fresh and hot coffee right at the check in . The property is very nice and matches the photos. Surely I and my family will be back again. Super recommend!!

Everything perfect and like the photos!!! We were greeted by Andrea's daughter, who advised us on the space and use of the amenities of the listing. It was a pity that I had a health problem in the family, and I returned quickly to my city and could not enjoy the last day. The pool was very clean and sunbathing all day. Note: For the hottest: the room is currently air-conditioned (11/4/25). I think because of some difficulty with electricity stability in the property. But there's a fan in every room!

Dominique was extremely attentive and careful with us from the beginning to the end of the stay! The house was exactly the same as in the pictures, and the hostess was very cool the whole time. We love everything! ❤️

We enjoyed our stay very much, Seu Roberto and Dona Fátima are very solicitous and made us very comfortable, very quiet place, easily accessible and close to Praia Lagunar de Ubás, which has the Blue Flag Certification. The house is spacious with good premises and great pool. We take our small pets and stay with peace of mind, because the backyard is very private. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and appliances (stove, fridge and freezer), all rooms with fans and bed linens needed. The living room has a great sound and has a TV as well. Good quality internet. We'll definitely come back again. Place of peace!

The stay at Stéfanny's home was extremely pleasant. Starting at the reception during the check-in that was made by Mr. Evaldo e pel Mrs. Jane, a very friendly and helpful couple who explained everything about the house. We were very attentive with us during the entire stay. The house was well cared for, clean and comfortable, with two living rooms equipped with Smartv with access to the main streaming platforms. The bed and the couches are also very comfortable. In the condominium area we were able to enjoy the swimming pool, there is also how to book barbecue. The location of the house is also great, very close to one of the accesses to Lagoa de Araruama, which has a beautiful view. We like the house very much, and we will certainly come back more often.

an excellent house, very large and cozy, Vanessa took all our doubts and always very kindly and responds very quickly, communication with her is very good, a very flexible person, all the details were fixed with her quickly, the house is exactly like in the photo and everything was waiting for me and my family, I certainly recommend it.

The house is the same as the listing, Gabriela welcomed us and showed us the whole house, she even gave us a toast. Very spacious house, my whole family fit comfortably. The guy went to clean the pool every day very early. Clean bed linen and bath towels were provided. We'll definitely be back!

I spent Carnival with my family and everything was perfect. Host D. Jarnete left me super at ease and the house is quite large and accommodated us perfectly. We love the high spirits of the host and will return for sure, a lot of health and happiness Mrs. Jarnete.

Our second stay at Dona Jussara and Seu Jorge's place. The hosts are very friendly and polite. House is just as it shows in the pictures, very wide and airy. The leisure area, with the pool and barbecue, is great and the house has a very large backyard for those who want to bring their pet.

Very spacious house, with a great pool to enjoy with family or in my case get-together with friends. It is on a quiet street and the location is good, you can walk to the lagoon. It was a very pleasant stay, I recommend!
