The apartment has recently been extensively renovated and combines modern living comfort with cozy charm. Free Wi-Fi and a private parking space complete the offer.

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

The bedroom and a spacious bathroom with large shower in the attic. The couch in the living can be turned into a double bed. The apartment is equipped with all necessary everyday necessities. Very central location, shopping within 500 m, the center of Kelheim is about 1.5 km away.

Our stylish and cozy attic apartment invites you to relax. Explore village life and the varied hiking and cycling trails. The nearby World Heritage city of Regensburg also offers many highlights. Just a 5-minute walk to bus and train stations make the car superfluous. Fitters are also welcome. Since the apartment is in the house of my daughter Nadine, she takes care of the guests.

The property is best suited for families with children or guests who like children. The house is located on the slope and the rooms are located in the basement, directly overlooking Kelheim and our garden. You have your own entrance.
